Just want to double check with everyone, 92/120 Force, started this year to decarb, I used this to put her up for the winter, ie, decarbed, changed L/U, Fuel Additive, greased everything, Can of Deep Creep also said is great as fogging agent, so I used it also for fogging, has anybody had any problems using deep creep as a fogging agent for storage?

Deep crank is for getting the carbon out of the combution chamber. Fogging spray is just that, lubricates the combustion chamber, rings, piston walls, Ect, for long term storage. I would personally get fogging spray and use that. almost Any auto parts store has it. I don't know about the "Deep Creep" for storage. Anything that has multi uses makes me nervous.

deepCreep

I would use something similar to THIS

I've used it on a motor when I ran out of "fogging oil" one year. Its more expensive than the fogging oil products, but seems to work ok.

The iso alcohol and naptha evaporate off, leaving the oil behind.

They are 2 different products with 2 different purposes.I definetely would not recommend using it as a fogging oil, just as i would not use fogging oil as a decarb.Cleaning is one thing and lubricating is something totally different.Charlie
