The can says 1 oz per Gallon. So 128:1 = < 1%

I'm a firm believer of only putting gasoline in my gas powered vehicles.

You've obviously not run many 2 cycle outboards. And while I haven't seen any elephants around, I have seen carbon reduced and injectors cleaned SeaFoam. Few believe in snake oil until after they get bitten by a snake ...
