Seahorse motor identification

Hi guys just inherited a sehose motor that looks like its been painted and the is no serial or model number tag near transom clamp. All I could find was c8178821 on a little plug and 322404, 392410 and the fuel filter # is 312829. not sure if these numbers mean anything but it is all i could find. Thanks for your help

C8178821 is the serial number, made in Canada. That would tell you the year, but that is all. I suspect it is 1990-ish. I don't know of any public serial number list, a dealer might have one. Those other numbers are part numbers and don't mean a whole lot.

Can you post some pictures of the front, back, sides, and motor cover decals for us?
