hey all new to forum altough allready finding it very helpful. soooo basically last summer i bought a sealine 270 senator with twin volvo penta 150hp 3.0gs engines with sx cobra 1.97:1 single prop outdrives with solas stainless steel 4 blade 14.5x15 props. basically my problem is that i m having to keep the boat rpm of both engines nearly up to 4100-4200rpm to keep the boat on plain comfortably at 23knots. at WOT the rpms of engines are nearly 5000rpm and volvo penta recommends an rpm limit of 4600rpm. therefore the engines are over revving. what i m interested in is to have lower rpms at cruising speed. i want to improve fuel economy too and improve cruising speed. also note i cannot find the standard prop info for the boat therefore i have no basic info to start with. any help?? thanks very much
