seapump failure lead to overheating. We changed the impellor and took her out for a ride. about 15 minutes later we lost power and she wouldn't start anymore. We now have milky oil.

The engine is a merc 1999 350 mag mpi.

What's my best plan off attack?!!!

So, just how hot did it get, and for how long ?????

Start by blocking off the manifolds and risers and pressure checking the blocks cooling system and see if it hold pressure. (Drain it first, you check with air, not water pressure)

we did smell rubber cooking and shut it off right away
