Sears Ted Williams ID help

Hi, I picked up a Sears Ted Williams outboard and would appreciate help with ID as it had no tags on it.
Direct drive, Walbro carb, single cylinder with the head being part of the block. It's air cooled with a water pump I am guessing to send water into the exhaust to cool it before leaving the lower unit.

I found my tag after i pulled the top off. Someone must have removed yours.

Canadian Sears Simpson I think, A closer look of the engine and cowling would help
