I am looking for a spacer for my system HC5345 steering cylinder and there is a 1/2" gap, or play when I turn the wheel. I really don't know the correct spacing for this particular setup but it seems like a lot when I turn the wheel back and forth. I'm assuming there should be 1/16" play and not what I have??
Can I purchase a split spacer like the one I'm holding or would I have to pull the bar off and stack the disks from a kit?

A picture would be helpful.

Guessing from your description…are you sure the system is completely bleed?

Only thing I can think of that would cause “slack” in the system
