seastar steering end caps

I can not get my end caps to come loose , need to replace both of them because they are leaking , and wiping up yellow fluid is a pain , used the spanner wrench and breaker bar and end caps not coming loose .

many times you need to heat the housing to allow it to expand to crack them loose

Danforth I will try heat method , alldodge yes those are the end caps I have that came with wrench thanks for responding I will keep you posted thanks again.
