Seat bases installed

Here<br />are some new pictures of the seat bases. I still have to foam and glass in the bases. Also want to coat them with epoxy to prevent rot!

The T-nuts -is it stainless steel? I was thinking of the risk of rust etc so the bolts get stuck in the T-nuts after a while.

Actaully no the T-nuts are not SS. They are galvanized. <br />1. They are a heck of a lot stronger.<br />2. They will not get wet as I will run a bead of sealer before bolting down. Also I thing in this case they are protected vey well they sit on the bottom of the base and there is no way water can get there. I put a big glob of epoxy gel 2part with fiber in it. Some came through the holes so I put a bolt in and out to clear them. I also went aroung the base with more Epoxy Gel.<br /><br />I had my ten year old bounce the chair I trial fitted and he did not even budge it. He was bouncing back and forth was kinda cool as I asked him to test it. The boat and trailer were really rockin!
