I have a 96 Bayliner Capri Fish/Ski and need some advice on the rear fishing seat mount. The seat post froze up in the mount and it took me a good while to get it out with some WD-40 and a long pipe wrench. I would like to replace the mount in the floor. It has 2 screws in it but when I remove them it still won't come up. Is it glued down, or what. I don't want to do any damage to the floor underneath. Any suggestions will be helpful.
