Have a used Supreme trout boat. The battery is not secured. I am hesitant to put screws in battery compartment to anchor battery box. Any ideas?

Why are you hesitant? Take some appropriate sized screws with a little silicone and secure a battery box or battery strap in place.

If you don't want to screw it use 3M VHB double sided tape.

Don’t know how thick the fiberglass is and don’t want to punch holes in my boat. Probably over thinking this.

Boat Manufacturers should be required by Law/USCG, to engineer a Battery Hold Down Location where there is enough Structure to securely secure Batteries without risking going thru the bottom of the hull. A couple of r/8" long #6 Screws going into a 3/8" thick Plywood, isn't much for a 30lb battery being tossed around.
