Hello, im just looking for information on a price for my boat im trying to sell. I am having trouble finding an accurate value calculator. It is a 1997 Formula Power Cruiser and practically brand new. It's 34' long, 37' including bow and swim deck, it has twin mercury 454 engines that i just had rebuilt, they each have 0 hours on them, it has a full cabin, sleeps six with a full kitchen and bathroom with a sink, shower, microwave, tv, dvd player, everything. It is fully loaded with gps, autopilot, anything you can imagine. I also just had the hull cleaned and painted. It is a beautiful yacht and retail was over $300,000. Im just looking for a roundabout price to go off since i cannot find an accurate price for how good of shape this boat is in.

Re: Selling a Formula PC

What your describing is a 34PC. My PowerBoat Guide is old ,it is a 2005. Value at that time was 125k high 108k low. You usually lose about 10% a year. That would put you around 100k. Couple that with a search on Boat Traderonline that didn't have any 97's but had a few 98's ranging from 109k high to 94k low, around 100k would be about right.

go to the phone book, ask around marinas, for boat surveyors, pay to have it surveyed, makes a great selling tool. a boat in that range, a smart buyer is going to require on anyway. money well spent.
