Separating a 200HP Vendicator?!?

I have a 1995 Vindicator 200 that needs re-honing and I?m having trouble getting the top end separated from the intake manifold so I can get to the crank. I have removed the lower unit, flywheel, magnetos, ect., dozen or so smaller bolts along split point, 6 5/8th head larger bolts along split point (4 on one side and only 2 on other that I could find), and unbolted top and bottom seal plates that the crank protrudes thru but can?t get the engine to split. I only found one alignment pin.

The next thing I can think of is remove all the carbs to see if there are some hidden bolts or alignment pins, but don?t want to if avoidable. I?ve tried prying on all four of the pry slots and it?s not moving. Does anyone have any suggestions? Am I missing some critical step? I?ve been working on this for about a month with no results. HELP!!!! :confused:
