This site has a merc serial number to year guide<br /><br />www.maxrules.com<br /><br />But I believe you need to know the HP to use it.<br /><br />These files are pages from a book, so if you know aproximate HP - go ahead and look for s/n guide for that HP. The file is likely to have info for the HP just above and below that one. And, it's in english.
