Serial number question

Which one is the motors serial number. I was told the motor was a 79 by the person I bought it off of. But mechanic said it was a 74. I do know it is an 1150 or 115hp mercury. Thanks in advance. Also these are the only numbers I could locate anywhere on the motor and transom mount.

As a non-expert, I think its a 1978 115hp 6 cylinder
Used the the one on the transom bracket

power head has been swapped. serial number on the power head is much older than the transom bracket.

So is it a 1974 or 76. Or is it just the power head or the block that was replaced? I've been trying to date it by the fuel pump
