OK Hockey fans!!!
Well here we go, this is the pre series thread, (to be followed by the game threads)

So who is going to take the cup and in how many games.

(I am going Canucks in 6)

Ok my official prediction is the Canucks in 7.

If however the Bruins can slow the Sedin's down then it will be very different, Bruin's in 6

And I agree with WIMUSKY, rbh is very biased.....

It will be a very good series and I'm not thrilled about the Canucks offence having to work around Chara. On the Boston side of things one of my favourite players is on that team...Patrice Bergeron!
Still, I'm pulling for the Canucks and let's see which way the momentum goes.
What is really great is how....well, everyone I see just about everywhere is so aware of this upcoming series. Wow, it's getting more headlines and attention than a war....so to speak.

Come on it's obvious that the Bruins are going to win because they somehow beat the best team in the league; Lightning, of course!!!

Ok LP, here is my take....Canucks in 6. The first 4 games will be very close with wins going back and forth until the final two games.
I have a few buddies who Bruins fans and are really torn by the choice they have to make in the finals. .....Lots of leftover Bobby Orr fans I think from the original six teams.

Not going to be part of this series unfortunately as I will be in England visiting family for a couple of weeks. My prediction is a 7 game series and it could go either way !!!
You guys enjoy, I will check in when and if I can.

I am figuring Vancouver in 7. Never seen a cup playoffs go less
