seriously considering buying this boat

70hp evenrude ran good last time they used the boat. he says the hull and transom are solid but the interior is trashed and i i imagine some floor rot as he avoided my question on the floors. it has sat out uncovered with the bow high and drain plug out. gonna go check it out in person

Ahh the evinrude sportfour electric start, great motor, quiet and powerfull, I've had one since the early eightys never had 1 single problem with it, I can start it up with the emergency pull rope usually in one or two pulls, only because of battery troubles not the engines fault.

Great boat if you are looking to do a complete rebuild. Otherwise, if you want to be on the water this spring, better look at something else.

the boat is 500 or best offer if the transom passes the rubber mallet thump test and the motor passes an compression check ill probaly get it. gonna look at it on saturday. i dont mind doing the floors and interior i dont know if i want to dive into the transom and stringers but i supose once you have the floors out your already half way there so if they are bad its not that much worse. if its not ready by spring its not the end of the world iv still got my other boat. however if this one is ready by spring ill be selling my boat in the spring when ill get the most money for it. im not dead set on getting this one till i see it in person but i do want it
