Serpentine belt removal

Hello again!

In my journey to find the secondary cause for my engine overheating, I have narrowed it down to having good water flow from outdrive, through water pump, up to the thermostat, out the exhaust manifold side, but no suction on larger circulating pump hose out of thermostat housing, coupled with that larger hose and the block being the only thing that actually gets hot (riser gets hot, but not as hot as hose and block, probably because it's only getting 1/2 exhaust water passing through it) when it overheats now...

So, pulling the circulating pump to do a visual, but my SELOC manual doesn't give me a very good image for which bolts to undo to release the tensioner on the belt, and neither does my penta owner's manual or the various schematics i have been searching through...anyone have that critical pic i'm looking for? If i had to guess, i would go for the bracket on the motor mount, and the two bolts(one on power steering, one through tensioner) don't want to make more work for myself though if it's easier.

Engine, 2001 Volvo Penta 3.0 GSP-A w/SX-M outdrive.

Thanks!

Most serp belt adjusters have a lock nut you loosen and turn the threaded shaft to loosen or tighten. Its somewhat gear drive behind the plate to move the threaded shaft up or down.
Others use a spring loaded tensioner
