The link to Service manual No 26, GM 4 Cyl 1998- doesn't seem to work.

Please could someone have a look and see what needs to be put right?

It appears none of Dogonit's links work. Probably let his site expire. To up to the top of the service manual page and click on the link that says Click Here For His Manual Links
You will find a working link there.
