Service manual required for 2000 Johnson 15hp

Does anybody know a good place to either download or buy (cheap preferably) a service manual for a 2000 Johnson 15 hp 2 stroke. Plan on doing carb and would like something to reference

What are the issues with the motor ?---------Many times folks report " cleaned the carburetor , but motor still runs the same " -----Always store motor with carburetor empty.

The issue was when I idle right down the motor quits sometimes like it's not getting enough gas, the other motor I own has a knob on the side to turn the idle up a bit but this one does not. I would imagine it has a screw or something to adjust the idle but I don't know where it is. Also this motor is new to me and I have no idea if it has been stores with fuel in the bowl or not
