Setting up the carbs, 60 hp 1989 rude.

I have the book but it doesn't show the rough settings on the carbs on my 98 60 hp rude. This is a tri-carb and I can see only one mixture adjustment on each carb.

Question: after seating the needle valve screw all the way in how many turns backing out do I make on each screw?

you have fixed high speed jets, the adjustable are slow speed. here's directions.

Once again thanks for the help, that's what I was looking for. I couldn't remember if it was 1---1/12---or two turns out.
