SF Bay Area: Winterizing needed?

I'm new to the San Francisco Bay Area, and was wondering if it will get cold enough here that I will need to winterize the boat.

I think I'm going to anyway, but if anyone else lives around here, let me know your thoughts!

I live on Sonoma so I get a little colder than SR. I am going to change the oil, fog it, drain the water from the engine and I added fuel stabilzer today and ran it on muffs for about 10 minutes to circulate it. Better safe than sorry.
