Hi all,<br />I have a 2005 Searay 180. It's an I/o with a 135 hp. I'm curious to know if you would take a boat of this size out to in the ocean (protected bay). I currently only use the boat in Fresh Water lakes but would love to take it out to the San Francisco Bay (south of Candle Stick Park) where my mother lives to do some fishing. My concerns is if it can handle the waves and if the salt water will do damage to the I/O engine? Will flushing afterword solve the salt corrosion issue? Thanks for your input.
