Howdy, Mosesjan.<br /><br />You seem to have a 20" shaft engine on a 25" transom.<br /><br />You can:<br />1. Reinstall the engine on an adjustable jack plate.<br /><br />2. Trade the engine for a 25" shaft model.<br /><br />I recommend the jack plate.<br /><br />Good luck.

JB is right, running the motor in this position will cause the motor to over rev, and that is not a good thing.
