Well, My thought as postied, is to give the copy of the transom damage only to the broker. He is then obligated, in theory, to tell any future purchasers of the damage since he is now aware of it. Will they ????????? could be a problem for them in the future if they do not.Ike

Reason: He'd just be profiting off of you. If you knew the "buyer" that wanted to see the report, then that is another story.
