Same here except wasn't about to pay 35 bucks for the brush and mug.
Put the cake into a old coffee mug and a 2" chip brush works just fine.
Close to two years ago with same cake. :)
Glad to see I'm not the only one who uses the soap stuff. I get less rash. Started using mug and brush about 10 years ago, just started my fourth cake of soap in that time. Really should still be on 3rd, but the wife was thoughtful and bought me a new mug & brush on eBay. So I had to change, the soap is GREAT though.

But JB, even when I used foamy, I never used that much.

My chiropractor recommended shaving at the end of a shower instead of leaning over the lavatory, it's easier on the old back and has an automatic rinse system. The secret is what barbers do, stretch the skin and you won't get cut. By the way, I get about 3 weeks of daily shaving on one throw-a-way razor, no kidding, no mirror, no rash, no shave foam, and I get a clean shave.

Welcome to the big head club, that makes 2 of us! Sure does suck trying to find hats though.

SS, I like the hot steam and all from the shower but I still have to use a little cream to avoid the rash. :(
