Have you checked the bolt torque on all the head bolts? If its a fresh long block they may have not been torqued correctly. That looks like a steel shim headgasket, which need flat surfaces to seal.
I had the same trouble on my stockcar engine with the same type of gasket, ran all year without problems. Changed the gasket over the winter with one of the same and the drips went away.
So I suggest to try to retorque the headbolts, and if they all seem good you may just have to change the headgasket.
