Ummm, you in a time warp there in KY? It is over and done. The Wings stuck a fork in the Penguins LAST NIGHT ... and they were done! Well done!

DaleT, you are right about Osgood, he played a good series, but the entire defense did a great job at keeping the Pens away from the goal. Detroit really took the Pens away from their game. But it was a great series. I enjoyed it, even though my team didn't get to raise the Cup ... THIS YEAR!

Detroit has stressed defense since Bowman started there and it has served them well. They also scout European teams well.
It hasn't even been 12 hours and already I am itching for "next year".

ps: I have watched that last shot, rebound, shot about ten times and I can't even imagine the clock broo ha ha that would have resulted had it gone in!

It was a great series and the last 2 games were just incredible. The Penguins missed tieing the last game by inches & fractions of a second.
It just doesn't get any more exciting than that.
