i have a 4.3 LX with an Alpha One Gen 2 outdrive. With the trim all the way up out of the water when i put it in reverse it grinds acts like it doesnt fully engage. It goes into forward fine. When its in the water with the trim down goes in and outta reverse and forward perfect. THinking the shift cable needs adjusting. Any suggestions?
