Cap, TROUBLE !!! The shift rod has a cam on the lower side. A push pin rides on the cam which activates the shifting. When the shift rod came too far up, the push pin slid of the cam and now won't go back on cam. If you have experience, you can remove the propshaft and reinstall the shift rod. If you have no experience, you may want to bring it to a mech. shop. Also a good time to reseal the propshaft.<br /> Hope this helped.
