This might be a dumb question to some but I need to replace a bent shift rod (long story) but Iam not sure if I have a 25 or 30 in. model the model number is E200TXEDR is there a place i can measure to find out Thanks

i have a shift rod i removed from my blown lower unit if your interested send me a message, its from a 98 johnson 200

The "X" in your model number indicates a 25" shaft length.
