Shift Shaft Seal Replacement - 1998 75 HP Mercury Force
I have to replace this seal, shown in photo below, its cracked and in bad shape, not mention leaking, I think.


The photo below shows the oily milky fluid coming from exhaust after a few minutes (total 40 minutes running since de-winterizing, its not oil from that)

My question is since I have this apart should I also do the drive shaft seals?
And, how do I remove the bushing that is discontinued (cant order it) with out breaking it so I can get to the seal shown below
