I Have a Johnson 15 HP Model J15RCI5. The cable for the shifting has a connector on it that fits into the engine and allows you shift from Reverse-Nuetral-Forward. The part that is attached to the cable broke. I don't know the name of it. Where Can I get a replacement part, and what is it called?

Is this the Part I need?

Re: Shifting Part from Cable Broke

Is it the little black shaft thats broke? Does it effect shifting? If so I would try an super glue it. Other wise I think you have to get a new cable.
