Hi I'm stuck in forward did some voltage checks on wiring and here is what I got in nuetral 10.1 volts, in forward 0.0 volts, in reverse 9.5 volts on both green and blue. Then I unhooked the harness and got 12.2 volts in nuetral, 0.0 volts in forward, 12.2 volts in reverse on green and blue wires. Is this normal to get a voltage drop like this when all is hooked up.
