short in harness

i have a 1988 force,85h.when i move the harness i get power,if i let go i lose power,now i have no power please help me

SORRY NEW HARNESS. YOU PROUBLY HAD A BROKEN WIRE THAT WAS MAKE INTERMITTEN CONTACT
