What ever you do, don't sell the boat, mine sat for one season and I used it maybe 3-4 times, decided to sell it. The next year I went into depression, and was a complete wreck the entire year. Thought golf, girls and a place up north would make up for and fill the time.....wrong!!
Man must have a boat at his call, at all times no matter what the case is. Do not sell the boat, buy a newer bigger, better one. While some may laugh, I'm very serious about this.

No, don't feel guilty about not taking the boat out if you don't want to. Boats are for fun, and guilt is the opposite of fun. Boat when you want to boat, it shouldn't be a chore.

That being said, too hot to boat? What's that about? I've had plans where I was going to take my boat out fishing first thing the next morning and it was too cold, and I wimped out. But too hot to take the boat out? That does not compute with me. But I live in Michigan, where we have a 5 month window for boating if we're lucky, and we enjoy every 90+ day God gives us to hit a wake and kick up some spray, then find a shallow spot on the lake, put up anchor and jump in the cool cool water.

I feel guilty for not using my boat, but thats my fault, bought a used trailer for the boat and i have to fix things on it. Already rewired it. Know have to grease the bearings and install buddy bearings befors I use it. Don't have a garage to do it in and very chance I get to do it it rains, or something comes up. But I'm trying to get it done so I can use the boat again. Thank god I go to the Ill. very other weekend to see my daughter, stay with the parnets and they have 2 boats on the lake. Witch is the only thing 3stopping me from going crazy.
