Quick question, well a couple of them. My starboard shutter moves freely but does not block the pipe.
1. Do I need to replace my entire shutter or is there a spring I can replace (see pic below)?
2. What is the part number, for whatever I need to replace? I looked in the catalog and I think it's 807166A2, but I want to be sure.
Engine SN: 0F821477

One piece manifold or 2? You have the right number for the one piece. If you have the 2 piece, then your number should be 807166A1...

Re: Shutter Replacement

I have one-piece, which I am currently converting to two-piece, hence the checking of the shutters while I'm in here. Won't be changing the Y-pipe though. Got the kit that allows for that.

Thanks,
Chris

The Y-pipe is different between the 2 set ups, but you will still need to use the shutters called out for the one piece manifold, even when you have the 2 piece installed.
