Drowned Rat re: your comment on how fast they are going, I watched the last shuttle launch on either Fox or CNN(I can't remember which) and they had a graphic on speed, altitude and distance live with the launch. I can't recall the specifics but the #'s were mind boggleing. They were doing over a hundred mph before they cleared the tower.
