side panel vinyl replacement

hi guys...new to 4Winns world with a recently acquired Freedom 160. The previous owner destroyed the interior vinyl side panels and had since installed some ugly plywood. I would like to reshape these pieces and ...yes put some cushy vinyl on them even if they don't look factory perfect. any suggestions? I have done seats before..I want this too look kinda nice...
