I ordered one from iboats for my 15hp evinrude and it so far has been excellent for the past 3 years. Delivery speed was unbelieveable.

Great guys. Thanks for the input. I rebuilt mine but heard its better just to replace it. I am still having issues. Gonna get one this week.

is there an advantage to buying a new unit instead of rebuilding?

In my case the only advantage is opening the box and bolting it on and done rather than assembling the thing 3 or 4 times before I get it right.
