Sierra switchbox opinions

I need to replace the switchbox on my 87 merc 25hp. I am wondering how the sierra boxes hold up over time, and if anyone has used these parts with success. Any advice welcome, thanks.

I think it has to do with your pocket book but it's your choice you get what you pay for most of the time personally I have no problems with sierra parts good luck on your decision

Most people higher on the chain then me might say if you got bills cdi is the best

I'd take a CDI over a Sierra anytime, even at a higher price but, you know what, they're even cheaper!
