*Sigh* were is the manual T/T button on a 1987 Mercury

I searched the engine and the internet and could not find the manual T/T button on the engine to lower/raise the engine on this 1987 Mercury 70HP. On the old 40 it was on the front and easy to get to. This one I can't find anywhere. I assume it has or had one.
