Signature photo

I added a photo to my signature at least a week ago. Whenever I post a new thread or add to an existing thread the photo never appears. The words I have in my signature always appear, just not the photo. I checked my settings and it shows a photo in the box "Your Current Signature Picture" Anyone have any clues why the photo does not appear in my posts?
