Site now freezing

Now what's up? in the past few days, sinse friday I believe the site has been freezing up and I get a "site not responding" error. This is the only site this is happening on. This is happening as I am just scrolling down a page or shifting the page over.

I have not had this issue.

What Internet browser are you using? What operating system?

Its taking a couple minutes for a post to post now. Win 8 with IE11. I don't have that problem anywhere else.

The page would completely lock up and sometimes it wouldn't allow a refresh either. Did an upgrade to IE11 and everything is working again. Reason I didn't upgrade sooner was that when IE 11 was released it was stated that it wasn't compatible with Win7.
