Sites taking a dump again

taking forever to load , 2 minutes to get to new topic, over 2 minutes to get a post up so you can respond to it.
sometime it dosent accept your post, or takes forever to post it or comes back with "critical error"
Somebody pass this to the IT guy`s.

I'm working between the ticks of the clock......... Still intermittant and I've gotten the critical error 8 times since I tried to get back on about 10p EST.
