size and year of motor

I bought a fixer upper last week .It is a Johnson outboard,and I don,t know the year or the hp of it.Could someone help me out how to find out what I got on my hands...the model#FD16A ser.#336658<br />thnx a lot<br />JRFirth

Your motor is a 1962 , 18 hp.
