SKI Locker won't drain

I have recently noticed that the ski locker in my 2005 Crownline 206LS is holding water. I see the drain and removed the grate but it doesn't appear anything is blocking it. I tried to reach around but my fingers were not long enough to feel anything... I guess?

Any suggestions on what to use or how to drain?

Try sliding a fish tape or unbent wire hanger into the hole. If that dosen't work take a garden hose to it and try to blow it clear with water pressure.
