I'm lookin for a ski pylon for my 17 foot sea ray with a inboard. I want one that will mount inside of the boat right in front of the motor. I also want it to be easily removable. Can anyone provide me a link or URL for a site that has one like described.

I have one I am not using I will sell you. It slides over the existing pylon with a strap to the front eyelet I can send pics if you want to see it.

Re: Ski Pylon

I might just be confused, but right now my boat doesn't have a pylon, just a tow hook on the back, so im not sure that would work, unless i am not understanding you.

Re: Ski Pylon

This is an old thread but I'll post this anyway. There are many brands of ski poles that have mounts that bolt to the stringers. Providing you keep it to a minimum height you can just drop it through the floor into a tube mount. Go to the fluidcore website for a more detailed description, they mainly do high poles but the same principle applies.
