Re: Sleekcraft Makeover
I have to admit. I am not 100% in love with the outcome. I imagined it looking like a new car out of the paint booth with a real high gloss to it but it doesn't have that. It looks flat. Almost like it needs a clear coat shot over the top of it. They used a Durakote brand paint that had a gelcoat additive mixed into it. They do have to color sand and polish a little more after a week or so once paint is good and cured but I had to bring it home. Couldn't wait any longer. I will take it back in week or 2 for couple days. It was first time this place had used this product so gave me a pretty good deal. 500 for materials and 6000 for labor and being the estimate was around 8000 I am very pleased. Considering what I paid for boat I'm still cheaper than new boat and have something different that really nobody has around here which is what i wanted. Thanks for the comments
