slow goin here

anyone else experiencing slow load times on this site? the last couple days it takes literally over a minute to load any pages here. i can access any other site, any other place on the web with ease and speed. the cache, cookies, all that has been cleared, my internet modem and pc were shut down, and restarted in order. still no results. again, access to the rest of the web is great, but at all hours thru the last couple days, this site is snail slow to load. is it just me?

This has been happening off and on for a few weeks.Iboats is changing servers for their forums.Not a simple task for the magnitude of people accessing the forums.

First time I've been able to get on in 2 days. I'd select iboats from my favorites and the screen would just sit there and do nothing. Never got any 'web page cannot be found' message, it would just sit on the home page and do nothing.

I had the same problems with accessing the forum from home the last few weeks and seemed to be location specific. If I was using my VPN tunnel in Kansas to access the forum I had no issues. If I was hitting the Internet from a Florida connection it was very slow or wouldn't connect at all to the forum but the Iboats.com main page was unaffected. Seems they're starting to clear this issue up and while still not stellar, I can actually post again. Thanx!!!

They must have fixed something.

Pages took up to 5 minutes to load for the last 1.5 months.

Now it takes just a few seconds
